Why Boot Camp?


a 30-45 minute session of cardiovascular
exercise at a moderate intensity can elevate your natural
serotonin levels and reduces feelings of depression, anxiety,
hyperactivity, and stress.

On a day like today in Denver, cold and cloudy, reduced
exposure to sunlight can lower your serotonin levels. A great
way to fight back against the 'blahs' that may go with this
weather is get into the gym or out the door and go for a nice
30-45 minute run. You may have to force yourself, but you'll
feel better once you get going.
