CIA CrossFit and Kettlebell Training + Boot Campers Comment!

The latest with K2 CIA (Core Intensity Advantage) Training is that the Name is now being changed to "CIA CrossFit & Kettlebells"! Meaning now we are an affiliate of CrossFit and we are intensifying our training with CrossFit techniques and Kettlebell Training to maximize the results of those that train with us for elite fitness to normal individuals seeking improved fitness and body transforming results!

Why CIA CrossFit & Kettlebell Training in Centennial, Colorado?
Because it is a complete unconventional approach to modern wisdom in the gym. We have a Garage style hanger near Centennial Airpark. We do Pullups, Ring training, Rope Training, Kettlebell Training, Medicine Ball Training, Tire Throwing, Sandbags, Plyometrics, and much much more!!!! Love this! I started the 5:30 am class last month as a last chance to find time to workout with 3 kids and a crazy schedule. I have found so much more than time!     As a year long Boot Camper I just want to encourage everyone to keep coming and don't quit. You'll be very happy with the results if you really put yourself into the workouts and be committed to coming to camp. ENJOY!!
